Modern Arnis London – martial arts and self-defence CIC (Community Interest Company) runs mixed, female only and children’s classes in Newham. The head instructor teaches self-defence and Modern Arnis classes in schools, women’s institutes and other organisations.

Modern Arnis London is a member of the IMAF Europe – International Modern Arnis Federation Europe, and is connected with DKI - Dillman Karate International.
